Buenos Aires, Feb 5 (NA) – Following the success of the first season, director Sebastián Ortega is premiering the second installment of "En el barro", the spin-off of "El Marginal", on February 13 on Netflix with a new batch of great actresses. According to the Argentine News Agency, En el Barro 2 will focus on the life of Gladys (Ana Garibaldi), who, due to a twist of fate, re-enters La Quebrada. "La Borges" finds that things are not as they used to be, having to face the new leader of the prison: La Gringa (Verónica Llinás). Some of the characters who do not return in this second season are Valentina Zenera, María Becerra, Juana Molina, and Rita Cortese. However, journalist Ángel de Brito revealed that both Molina and Becerra would be asking to be in the third season of En el Barro. Another piece of information that the host of LAM shared was that there will be a third and fourth season.
